I graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramics in 1997. I completed my Master of Arts Degree at Cukurova University, Department of Ceramics, in 2002. And I completed my Ph.D. at Hacettepe University, Department of Ceramics, in 2009. I have been working as an academician for 18 years in Turkey.
I have had two solo exhibitions and participated in several exhibitions in Turkey, USA, Spain, Argentina, Croatia, Romania and Dominican Republic. I have also received 4 awards. These awards are; “Award of Excellence” of The 2nd Cluj International Ceramics Biennale, “Achievement Award” of The 25th Istanbul Contemporary Artists Exhibition, “Mention Award” of The 2nd Mosaic Biennial of Argentina International Modern Ceramics Museum and “Special Award” of The 8th Altin Testi Ceramics Competition.
Since 2017 I live and work as a freelance artist and designer in Switzerland.
